* Managed and directed the integration of the Kan-Ban System of Manufacturing replacing the current conventional overhead system.  Hired and managed 8-person transition team of drafters and technicians to analyzed assembly problem areas, review associated engineering documentation and initiate ECR and ECN procedures where applicable.  Composed a color-coded labeling system and matching color-coded Exploded Isometric Assembly Manual to accommodate the Kan-Ban System.  Trained assembly technicians and instructed both the purchasing department and vendors on what was required by the new system to accommodate a smooth transition with no work stoppages.
